How the rankings are created
FluxCrawler checks approved sources every hour. FluxCore normalizes names, removes duplicate and irrelevant entries, confirms category eligibility, and records which reputable datasets support each result. FluxRank combines the available evidence into FluxScore, publishes the Top 100, and records movement from the previous successful update.
Dataset names and links appear on every chart. When exact audience, sales, or usage totals are unavailable, the chart is clearly labeled as an estimated curated ranking. A temporary source failure cannot replace a complete chart with an incomplete list.
Why the site exists
The goal is to provide one inspectable overview instead of copying a single publisher’s list. Cross-source comparison makes disagreements visible, reduces the influence of one provider, and gives readers a practical starting point for further research.
Trust and editorial standards

- Community voting is advisory and cannot override the dataset evidence.

Updates and corrections
The crawler checks inputs hourly, although each source keeps its own publication schedule. Every year receives its own chart data. If a linked source changes or corrects a record, the next successful validated update can revise the affected ranking.
